Director Message
मित्रों मैं स्वयं पिछले 55 वर्षों से तकनीकी शिक्षा के क्षेत्र से जुड़ा हूं तथा मैंने करीब 150+ तकनीकी किताबों का लेखन व प्रकाशन किया है। आईटीआई से जुड़े मुझे 31 वर्ष हो गए। इसमें हमने हमेशा एक बात का अनुभव किया है कि शिक्षा देना, पढ़ाना एक कठोर तपस्या के समान है। इसमें निस्वार्थ भाव से मेहनत करनी पड़ती है। इसमें उंगलियों पर गिनने लायक ही अच्छे शिक्षक मिल पाते हैं।
अभी शासन सीटीआई पास टीचर रखने कह रही है हम रख भी रहे हैं। परंतु सीटीआई पास में से 1% भी शिक्षक योग्य नहीं है। यह एक कटु सत्य है।
इसी कारण अधिकांश छात्र शिक्षकों से नाराज रहते हैं।आईटीआई में शुरुआत में सभी प्रशिक्षणार्थी नियमित रूप से आते हैं। परंतु बाद में धीरे-धीरे अनुपस्थिति बढ़ते जाती है। इसका मुख्य कारण टीचर और बच्चों के बीच में सामंजस्य का अभाव रहता है। अधिकांश छात्र शिक्षकों से दुखी रहते हैं।
आईटीआई में संपूर्ण सिलेबस पूरे भारत में एक समान हैं। परंतु इसे छात्रों के दिमाग में बैठा ना बहुत कठिन है। इसी कारण जिस स्तर के कुशल कारीगर बनना चाहिए, नहीं बन पाते हैं। अतः हमने एक ऐसा प्लान तैयार किया है कि कमजोर से कमजोर शिक्षक भी बेहतरीन ढंग से पढ़ाई करा सकें।
हमने इंग्लैंड बेस्ट कंपनी से ट्रेड थ्योरी के लिए सॉफ्टवेयर तैयार कराया है जो प्रतिदिन के हिसाब से एनिमेशन तथा वीडियो के साथ समझाने में बहुत ही आसान हो जावेगा। इसे विश्व की नंबर 1 कंपनी जो कैलिफोर्निया अमेरिका में स्थित है का स्मार्ट क्लास व्यू बोर्ड का भी समावेश किया है।
हम संपूर्ण देश के 15000 शासकीय व निजी आईटीआई को अपने क्लास से जोड़ सकते हैं। इसमें सब की लागत में काफी बचत होगी, तथा एक एक्सपर्ट टीचर हमारी क्लास में अध्ययन कराएगा व संपूर्ण देश के 15000 आईटीआई उसी से जुड़कर एक जैसी पढ़ाई करा सकते हैं। प्रत्येक आईटी
